I just wanna fly: Beginner Arm Balance Workshop

I just wanna fly is an Intro to Arm Balance workshop. Students will learn the foundations of arm balances, exercises and stretches to build strength and mobility, modifications for taking flight, and a confidence that will lift the toes and learn to fly.

Heavy on the Hands, Light on the feet

Heavy on the hands, Light on the feet is a workshop that is catered to the beginner yogi’s and yogini’s who want an understanding of headstand and handstand alignment, exercises to strengthen both inversion's and to feel personal security by being upside down in a safe environment. We will focus on strengthening the core, shoulders, and back, as well as, using the wall, partner, and your own trust to get you upside down.

Peace on the Pillow: A workshop on Insomnia + Yoga as a remedy

Peace on the Pillow: A workshop on Insomnia + yoga as a remedy will guide you to your best rest so you can joyfully do the things you love. In this workshop you will leave understanding, insomnia and habits that fuel the sleepless nights, tips and tricks, a set sequence of asana (yoga postures) for insomnia that can be catered to the individual, breathing and meditation techniques that quiet the mind and calm the nervous system.
Each student will also take home their own sleep journal to continue a rested path and peace on the pillow.

Have you ever disregarded a block or strap because of your perception of it being a weakness?
