“You are your own antidote. You are your own remedy. You are your own purpose.”
-R.L.Livingston

Reanna found yoga when her medication stopped working and her therapy sessions ran out. As her own advocate for her mental health, she decided to take an alternative path of healing and signed up for a yoga teacher training program in hopes to learn more about her mind and body.

With a newfound love for what she learned in training, she began teaching in 2012 and has continued her path as a student, registered yoga teacher (E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, and YACEP-Yoga Alliance Education Provider), and Founder of Wild Leaf Yoga. Her passion to be of service to the community has been the remedy to finding herself as well as her voice as a teacher.

Reanna leads with a vibrant passion and a soulful shine. Her classes are designed to give space for self discovery, em[power]ment, and accessibility. Her workshops are full of creative ways to learn and useful tips and tricks to put into your personal yoga toolbox. She couldn’t be more ecstatic to share the deep connection between the mind, body, and soul on and off the mat.

Her love for writing shows up throughout her teachings. As a published Author of “the words I read to {You}” (2016) and “Pieces of a Purpose” (2018), Reanna believes writing and yoga is a rhythm guided by your mind, body, and soul awaiting to be awakened. From writer’s block to a published author, she enjoys weaving the art of writing into her yoga classes.
